A consumer products company in New Jersey is looking to add a licensed Attorney to their team as their new In-House Counsel.

Responsibilities:

TheIn-House Counsel will be responsible fordrafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts related to company’s manufacturing services as well as working on contracts such as vendor agreements and service agreements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Juris Doctorate
• Admission to the NJS Bar
• Experience with Contract Management
