Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the successful delivery of IT and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories).

Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, workflow diagrams, and data analysis.

Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product managers throughout the SDLC.

Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

Create use cases, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Identify risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities.

Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.

Required Skills

3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (IT or business domain).

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.

Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Ability to gather requirements and convert them into detailed functional documents.

Problem-solving mindset with strong stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in Finance, Healthcare, eCommerce, or Insurance domains

Basic SQL knowledge for data validation

Experience working with UX/UI teams

Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Scrum Master (CSM)

Education

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
